Results
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will have demonstrated the ability to:
1. Understand differences between Internal, Competitive and Functional Benchmarking studies and the advantages / disadvantages of each.
2. Identify internal process issues related to the benchmark study prior to conducting the study.
3. Develop specific questions to ask of the organization being benchmarked that will provide relevant information to the process under study.
4. Follow the 6 step process for conducting a benchmarking study.
5. Research and Brainstorm appropriate organizations to partner with for a benchmarking study.
6. Conduct Gap Analysis between own organization's processes and those of benchmark partner.
