Results
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will have demonstrated the ability to:
1. Establish Ground Rules for conducting a Brainstorming Session.
2. Understand the importance of focusing the team on the topic of interest and learn strategies to keep team on target.
3. Know how to gather ideas from all team members including members who are inhibited or shy.
4. Able to organize ideas generated by team into useable categories.
5. Learn various tools to use to present ideas gathered including Threat Opportunity Matrix, Effort and Impact Matrix, Ishikawa Diagram.
6. Practice and develop facilitator skills necessary to a successful brainstorming session during workshop Case Studies.
