Summary
|
1. Understand materials and expertise needed to conduct an FMEA.
2. Identify potential failure modes and associated effects.
3. Develop scale for ranking Severity, Occurrence and Detection scores used in an FMEA.
4. Calculate Risk Priority Numbers (RPNs) and understand their importance to the FMEA process.
5. Develop corrective actions and the newly associated RPNs.
6. Complete and use an Excel based FMEA tool provided during the workshop.
