Will demonstrate various features of MS Project necessary to create and modify a project plan file including tasks, resources and resource assignments. Recommended Prerequisite Knowledge: Understanding of Project Management Concepts, Knowledge of Windows operating system. Duration - 8 hours.

Understand how to create an MS Project Plan file, setting task precedence relationships and leveling resources assigned.
